 FAQs

  • Grant is a vivacious 17 year old that lives with:

    • Cerebral Palsy, due to lack of oxygen in the NICU

    • Seizures

    • Cortical visual impairment

    • Cognitive delay

    • Bicuspid aorta

    • Autism spectrum

  • Grant has the opportunity to return to Panama for a 4th round of stem cell treatments. Since Grant was 12 the last time he had a stem cell infusion, he’s gone through puberty and grown, which has slowed the original progression of those amazing treatments 5 years ago! We are prayerful that another round of treatments at this time will greatly improve his quality of life.

  • Stem cell therapy has been shown to eliminate seizures and improving cognitive and motor/neurological skills in many children with Cerebral Palsy like Grant.

    • Grant went from 8-12 seizures a day to 1-2 per month

    • After SC treatment, Grant was able to take his shirt, shoes and pants off

    • Ability to independently walk 0-12 steps

    • Greatly improved hand-eye coordination

    • Grant was able to put pegs in a board with improved fine motor skills

    • Visual improvements

    • Stopped Grant’s hands from shaking

    • In summary - we’re excited to see what a new round of treatments would do for Grant as a young adult!
